Therapy that grows with your family
At Square One Therapy Hub, we built a therapy space for the whole family, parents included. We wanted practical therapy in one place — services that change as children grow, and that treat parents as part of the work, not bystanders.
After working in a corporate paediatric management role, our founder, Michelle, saw families juggling multiple providers, travelling between appointments, and struggling to find the right support as their children got older. Families in the St George region deserved better: one team, one location, and support that lasts past the early years.
That belief became Square One Therapy Hub.
A Multidisciplinary Team Under One Roof
We bring speech, OT and physio together so families can get all three in the same place. Our services include:
- Speech Pathology
Communication, language, literacy, and social skills.
- Occupational Therapy
Sensory needs, emotional regulation, fine motor skills, independence, and daily routines.
- Physiotherapy
Movement, strength, coordination, posture, and gross motor development.
They share notes, set goals together, and can run joint sessions or write one combined report.
Support That Grows With Your Child
Many paediatric services focus mainly on the early years. We continue to support children as they grow into older kids, teenagers, and young adults — with therapy goals that shift over time:
Supporting Parents Too
Parents do a lot of the work between sessions, so we made room for them too. Our gym space is open to older children and teens, and to parents who want to work on their own health, strength and movement.
We offer one-to-one physiotherapy at our gym for one parent or caregiver at a special rate of $89 per 45 minutes when your child attends speech or occupational therapy, with session frequency matching your child's. Private health or Medicare rebates may apply for the attending parent — see the full terms on our Terms page. For clients 16 and over, we also provide adult occupational therapy for daily living skills, work and study participation, and functional independence.
