Therapy that grows with your family
At Square One Therapy Hub, we created a therapy space designed to support the whole family, not just the child. Our goal was to offer high-quality, practical therapy in one place, with services that grow alongside children as their needs change, while also recognising the important role parents play in every child's progress.
After working in a corporate paediatric management role, our founder, Michelle, recognised that many families were juggling multiple providers, travelling between appointments, and often struggling to find the right support as children became older. We believed families in the St George Region deserved a better option — one that was more connected, more convenient, and built for long-term support.
That belief became Square One Therapy Hub.
A Multidisciplinary Team Under One Roof
We bring allied health professionals together so families can access coordinated care in one convenient location. Our services include:
- Speech Pathology
Communication, language, literacy, and social skills.
- Occupational Therapy
Sensory needs, emotional regulation, fine motor skills, independence, and daily routines.
- Physiotherapy
Movement, strength, coordination, posture, and gross motor development.
By working together, our therapists align goals, communicate closely, and provide a more consistent therapy experience for families.
Support That Grows With Your Child
Many paediatric services focus mainly on the early years. We continue to support children as they grow into older kids, teenagers, and young adults — with therapy goals that shift over time:
Supporting Parents Too
Parents are central to every child's progress, yet their own wellbeing is often overlooked. Our gym space is available not only for older children and teens, but also for parents who want to focus on their own health, strength, movement, and wellbeing.
We offer one-to-one physiotherapy at our gym at a special rate if your child attends speech or occupational therapy. This can also be used in conjunction with private health insurance or a Medicare rebate. For clients 16 and over, we also provide adult occupational therapy for daily living skills, work and study participation, and functional independence.
