A multidisciplinary paediatric clinic just north of the Georges River for families across the Sutherland Shire.
Square One Therapy Hub is a short drive over the Georges River from anywhere in the Sutherland Shire — Sylvania, Miranda, Caringbah, Cronulla, Sutherland and the surrounding suburbs.
We bring occupational therapy, speech pathology and physiotherapy together in one Kogarah clinic, so Shire families can access coordinated paediatric care without driving from one provider to the next.
Because Shire families often travel further, we make the trip count — including back-to-back sessions and, for older teenagers, a smooth transition to adult occupational therapy.

- Drive: 15–20 minutes north over the Captain Cook Bridge / Princes Highway, free on-site parking at the clinic.
- Train: T4 Illawarra Line direct from Sutherland or Caringbah to Kogarah, then a 5-minute walk.
- School visits available within the Shire by arrangement for ongoing clients.
One team, one trip — coordinated care for Shire families
If your child needs more than one type of therapy, driving from an OT in one suburb to a speech pathologist in another to a physio somewhere else quickly becomes exhausting. Our Kogarah clinic brings the whole team into one location, with shared goals and coordinated session planning so progress in one area supports progress in the others.
Sessions are shaped around your child's age, interests and goals — from infants and pre-schoolers right through to teenagers.
Block sessions to make the drive worth it
For families travelling from further into the Shire, we can sometimes schedule back-to-back sessions across disciplines on the same day — for example, OT followed by speech — so one trip covers a fortnight's worth of therapy. Talk to our admin team when booking and we'll do our best to coordinate.
NDIS, Medicare and private — all welcome
Many Shire families come to us for NDIS Functional Capacity Assessments (FCAs) and ongoing capacity-building supports under their plan. We also accept Medicare CDM referrals, private health rebates via HICAPS, and private clients without a referral.

Is it worth the drive from the Shire?
If you need OT, speech or physio in combination, yes. We coordinate across all three disciplines and will help schedule back-to-back sessions where possible.
Do you take NDIS plans?
Yes — self-managed and plan-managed. We also complete NDIS Functional Capacity Assessments for plan reviews.
Do you do telehealth?
Some speech and OT consultations can be delivered via telehealth where appropriate — let us know when you book and we'll discuss whether it suits your child's needs.
